Who am i?

Since it is indicator (Health)of a country's economy, lets talk in terms of market basis.
A pharmaceuticals company invests on a product(targeting sick people), launches in the market and if it sells then WALLAH! it adds to our economy,enhances GDP,hence next expenditure budget is surplus. (Does this mean the company in particular and Government in general desperately want people to fall sick so its product sells???) It implies a sick person is boom for economy and a healthy person is pain in the ASS !!

Buffalo Soldiers..
When the matter of judgement comes, everybody in the loop has a say,and it sometimes works too.If we analyse then i am sure we will see why 'sometimes' it doesn't work.The lack of communication to put the ideas into the mass is a big headache and sometimes doesn't have all the time in the world to explain each alternatives and filter them for the best one.As someone rightly said,"the plan executed immediately is better than the perfect plan planned for the week".The statement in true because human problems are situational and nature of problems are not stereotype and not written in the guidebooks of the administrators...but then there is problem of being heuristic,applying fuzzy logic and being immediate executioner of plan. the scene created is the same as that of in the movie "finding nemo" where bunch of captive fishes in the concealed water bag device a plan to escape into wider ocean,to be a freebie,and they succeed,but concealed in plastic bag!
recent clash between the natives of Daporijo and jawans of CRPF was unfortunate and unwarranted.the image depicted by our jawans is like the one IN 'Buffalo soldiers' of bob marley.jawans in order to find the big deal in having horns have poked the later on 'others'.
Indian Govt. boosts of being a welfare state but such incidents on remote places of north-east is surely raising eyebrows.when provoked even a dog barks at his owner.
soldiers are supposed to be tolerant,protectors of civilians.our constitution provides for various articles esp. for military personnels to restrict their freedom so that civilias enjoy fuller rights and freedom.But who has time to read and understand the world's longest constitution? various military institutions being centralised,stresses on its code of conduct,its discipline,they are rigid ,followed by court martial if in case of deviance by its subordinates.Psychologically it creates short-sighted judgemental characteristics regarding value of human lives as their experiences in their own environment seems to be of rewarding and punishment,they expect civilians to show the same degree of discipline which they witnessed.Many people wont agree to this but tracing back, the child-father relationship,in order to teach discipline its always toffees if discipline of the house is followed or canes or spanking if defied. we become dogs of our own prison.
these military institutes needs to feed the minds of their subordinates that the culture,code of conduct and ways of living in north-east is a bit different than parantha eating plain people.we are demi-god worshippers and many code of conducts are similar to that of 'bushman' .

Black money is god.It is everywhere.
Money is good if its in ur pocket but its bad when its in ur neighbour's pocket.
Unfortunately there is no definition that can sum up what money actually is.
Money is what money can buy.Now,a lot has been said and done regarding black money.It was the star attraction during election times.
We still feel the heat from the opposition regarding the current Govt's works on
pulling back the black money from the banks abroad.
So what is black money?
The money which is not legally declared and unaccounted for taxation.
How does it affect the common people?
since the money is not taxed,Govt. revenue gets nullified for that amount and hence d allocation for development purposes gets affected,hence hindering common people from prosperity.
Why black money?
One lifetime is'nt enough for the persuit of luxury which accounts 4 entertainment,house etc.Easy money is always luscious.
How much black money?
It is speculated that black money could be seven times more than the current GDP of
Indian Economy!Its like an iceberg in which only small part of it shoves out in the surface and the greater part submerged away from the spectator.(pun intended).
Is it bad?
Evident from the current status of socio-economic growth of India where all types of
calamities occur throughout the year,of all shape and size(draughts and floods at
the same time) and remains pain in the ass.A hell lot of committees and commisions are formed each year to look into the matter,or names of the previous schemes changed to look more attractive than what was given by the previous govt,each coming up with their new theories and plans(by the time they finish off and being sanctioned by the head of the country the calamity is over and fresh new calamity is given birth by mother nature.)Availability of funds and execution,monitoring of planning with honest bureaucrates could serve the purpose.Those money termed as 'black money' can very well play as an ace to tackle the miseries.
This is what i understood untill i read this article thrugh anonimous article.It was
interesting how this guy observred the current scenerios in the world
regarding 'Recession'.According to him black money is a boon,given the fact,India as a nation was not hit so bad due to recession.He explains since so much money was still unaccounted in the market,our banks never pitched in the money regressively like developed nations,USA,Russia,etc. Suppose a person builds a house for 1 crore and declares it to bank for 15 lakhs for the construction of very same.The bank understands that it has 15 lakhs and markets this amount in the international market in the form of stocks.In bad times like ressesion and when market going down the bank has to face the losses.
What would have happened if the same person declared 1 crore instead of 15 lakhs??

Born to MAN
GOSSIP:
we draw picture of two women negating the world while caught up in the moment. This is natural, we make assumptions, and our assumptions are totally based on books that we read, magazines(we thought only female of the species had this ["cosmopolitan"] but then again my miserable assumption was shattered when i came to see man's....['MAN'S HEALTH'])...And why not, its nothing wrong in borrowing ideas ,its not that we stole it from them(female). Think about it, what we gonna do in a bar?holding the beer mug, sipping on it and wait till its over and call on bar-tender for another filling.... we also need to communicate, otherwise its boring to wait and watch urself waiting for another filling and getting drunk!
Guys dont gossip,, that was a pre-notion based on my perception, Thanks to my dad and our pre-historic VCR !! my dad is not much of a gossip guy,i'd rather call him to 'EXPLAIN' things :) .when i wos a kid, my dad would bring home some video cassettes which were male dominated had male philantrophist.. it would always be of how hero saves the day by his gut ripping actions!more action- less talking. GUYS- based on my understanding, and thanks to dad's choices of movies , i presumed 'them' are not gossip box.. i understood well that it was a frame-work of a COW-BOY with his 'ball hugging' and 'butt-smacking' tight jeans ladded with star studded 'dinko boots' and a BEER in his hand,,and to add glamour, a little twitched eyebrows ....
we dont gossip,we talk..its always based on 'FACTS'...girls gossip and its always based on 'FEELINGS'..well,thats what i thought :) .only recently when i checked on this male magazine at some place of fren of mine i realised how bastard we are!! the cover said '10 ways to great abs', 'how to know ur ultimate partner','how to please your women'.last one i made it up myself,but who knows it might be a subject of gossip in the magazine in near future,,imagine some unknown editor writes about the column on this,u act on it,,,to add to horror imagine the editor to be a FEMALE!!! now why do we need someone to tell us how to please our woman??? where's the secret and where will be the fun ? plus, if 'some' guys knew the recipe and discloses it to scavanging male,,,our ladies would be a commodity!! we would have a separate stock in the shares on ladies and it would always be the best investment!

is a major one, coz that way we are liquifying the identity of one sect of people,, its like those 'wanabe' kids wearing nail-polish and dyed hair and skinny jeans without knowing the meaning of being EMO . its hard to not to presume on something,its human nature,,,we depend on artificial intelligence more than factual information, latency. but its not at all bad to try to . after all, experimenting never ceases to be fun :)
